Service Description

HydraB2B provides wholesale intelligence and management tools for Shopify merchants. The service includes analytics, account intelligence, workflow support, AI-assisted insights, and benchmarking tools designed to help merchants manage wholesale operations.

Eligibility

To use HydraB2B, you must operate an active Shopify store and have authority to install apps and grant permissions on behalf of that store. By installing or using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data made available to HydraB2B through Shopify or otherwise provided by you. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Shopify Billing API. Subscription charges, renewals, trial periods, and billing cycles follow the billing terms presented in Shopify and are processed according to Shopify's billing framework. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription going forward, subject to Shopify's billing rules and any already-accrued charges.

AI Features Disclaimer

HydraB2B may provide AI-generated insights, recommendations, summaries, or forecasts. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute business, financial, accounting, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for evaluating the outputs and using your own judgment before making business decisions.

Data Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of your store data and customer data. By using HydraB2B, you grant HydraB2B a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, host, reproduce, and analyze that data solely as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Industry Benchmarks

HydraB2B provides industry benchmark estimates based on published wholesale industry averages and publicly available data. These benchmarks are not derived from cross-merchant data on this platform. They are intended as general reference points and may not reflect the specific conditions of your market or segment.

Limitation of Liability

HydraB2B is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydraB2B will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydraB2B's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to HydraB2B through Shopify for the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the app or discontinuing use of the service. HydraB2B may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription and starts the applicable data retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications

HydraB2B may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means before the updated Terms become effective. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
